Information you choose to share
You can choose to send your name, email address, phone number and a description of your project when you contact Visionary Book Publishers. Please leave payment card details, passwords and other sensitive information out of an initial inquiry.
Inquiry form behavior
When you submit an inquiry, the form sends your details to our server. It also sends the page URL and available campaign information, such as a search keyword or advertising click identifier. The server records a connection IP address and forwards the inquiry to the World Tech CRM used by our team. A notification copy may also be sent to our business inbox.
How inquiries are used
Your inquiry details help us answer questions, identify the service you requested and communicate about your project. Page and campaign information helps identify where the inquiry came from. The CRM, hosting and email services process these records as part of handling your request. If you become a client, the service agreement should describe any additional use of your manuscript, recordings or project materials.
Website hosting and live chat
Website hosting involves technical requests that may include an IP address, browser information and requested pages. Live chat is an optional feature supplied through Tawk.to when configured. Information shared in chat and any related cookies are also subject to that provider’s privacy practices.
Cookies and browser controls
The supplied website code does not currently contain Microsoft UET or other advertising analytics tags. Enabled third-party features may use cookies or similar technology. You can manage cookies through your browser. Campaign parameters may be kept in browser session storage for up to 30 minutes to identify an inquiry after you move between pages. This notice needs to be updated if advertising tracking or other integrations are introduced.
Project records and privacy requests
To ask about information you have sent, request a correction or discuss deletion, email info@visionarybookpublishers.com. Retention and responses depend on the records involved, project obligations and applicable requirements. Ask the team about the handling of your particular records.
